My charcoal sound drawings are generative collisions of visual art and sound, where I open portals into the SellFable universe. Using charcoal as both a drawing tool and a musical instrument, processed in real time through Ableton, I create ephemeral, one-of-a-kind performances and soundscapes.
In a live setting, the act of creation is the performance, a shamanistic ritual. The audience witnesses the birth of a drawing and its sonic twin, a feedback loop of sight and sound that’s as unpredictable as it is immersive.
